		<description>Hi,

Iam planning to apply for Tier 1 Visa.
During calculating my earning power, please let me know can I add my PF amount which got credited from my previous employer to my bank account last month. Will it is be considered as earnings.

If so, what are the supporting documents required to submit for the proof of PF credit.

Can anyone help on this matter?

Regards,
Raj.</description>

		<description>Hi Sathya,

The JOb market for the Oracle DBA is not good in UK now a days. I am also looking for oracle DBA job in UK for the last 2 months but did not get chance to grab one. For DBA job you need security clearance in most jobs and for this either you should have UK citizen or you must have lived in UK for the last 5 years and they want a person having UK experience.

So before coming to UK think twice and keep one alternate in India.

		<description>Hi Dev,
I went through your website, and found really useful information regarding the Tier 1 UK Visa. I am also one of the aspirant. I have certain queries related to Visa, I appreciate if you can give me a early response.I am planning to submit my docs before 28th july 2010

1. Salary Proof

My Current CTC is 10.5 lakhs/annum

If I calculate my Annual Gross Income through Payslips, it comes to a total of 9.49lakh as there are certain deductions like Meal Vouchers, gratuity, super auunuation are not showed in the salary slip. If British High Commission calculates salary using Payslip, I would be loosing 5 points, even though my CTC comes with in the range of 45 points.

I asked my employer also for a letter stating that in monthly gross income, certain components are not visible in payslips. But I may get from them as well.before i go to them and ask about the proof, i just want to know the Employer offer letter and revision letter for the latest sal split is ok for submission?

I would request you all to help in this issue.

If I provide an attested offer letter as a salary proof that gives the salary breakup, will it be sufficient and accepted by Visa personnel.

I request you all again to help me and send the answers as soon as possible. I have just 1 week left to apply.

Many Thanks in advance.

		<description>Hi Dev,
I went through your website, and found really useful information regarding the Tier 1 UK Visa. I am also one of the aspirant. I have certain queries related to Visa, I would be applying on 15th of July 10. I appreciate if you can give me a early response.

1. Salary Proof

My Current CTC is 6 lakhs/annum that includes 5.5 lakh as fixed and 50k is bonus amount.

If I calculate my Annual Gross Income through Payslips, it comes to a total of 5.25 lakh as there are certain deductions like Meal Vouchers, gratuity, super auunuation are not showed in the salary slip. If British High Commission calculates salary using Payslip, I would be loosing 5 points, even though my CTC comes with in the range of 25 points.

I asked my employer also for a letter stating that in monthly gross income, certain components are not visible in payslips. But I got denial from them as they are not authorized to issues any such letters as per the policies.

I would request you all to help in this issue. As 19th July process are getting changed and am applying on 15 of July 10.

If I provide an attested offer letter as a salary proof that gives the salary breakup, will it be sufficient and accepted by Visa personnel.

2. Maintenance Fund

As we require to have 2800 pounds for consecutive 90 days. My 90 days are getting over on 15th of July 2010. And the appointment date is also 15th of July 2010.Will it be ok if I provide Visa personnel the statement of that day, along with a letter from bank. Also Will they accept FD for the maintenance fund?

I request you all again to help me and send the answers as soon as possible. I have just 1 week left to apply.

Many Thanks in advance.
